gingerbeer?
ginger beer?now what does that have to do with a (LHD in wimmin-only space)?the levitating powers of ginger has been known to wimmin since the begining of ginger, easy to make fun to drink and also fairly easy to grow ginger is great, also cools us down as we heat up in our discussions and decisions to remove meat from this space.can we talk about foods we will replace in our environs, have u ever had a total vegetable base meal?what would it be? how would it taste?,well sure u have if u have ever eaten a vegetable salad? u know leafy greens , radishes ,carrots, tomatoes, chokes, green beans, now that's a helluva vegetable meal,so o.k. u need more than that for a full meal, how bout a bowl of brown rice with tamari and beans, lets make that black beans for now with pan fried tofu and sauteed zucchini, and a bowl of miso soup with arugula, then finish it off with a banana fruit creame, everything here is vegetable based.o,u don't like tofu, perhaps twas the way it was prepared, there are so many ways to fix tofu and really get the fine taste of it to appeal to your particular palate,.but o.k. lets go for another vegetable base meal, lunch if u find yourself wanting to have a vegetable based lunch but again u don't want or cant take tofu yet now hear this;simple enough and u can prepare this very easy yourself.take one can of organically grown beans your choice, drain and place in blender or food processor add fresh or dried oregano and basil to your taste, fresh ground pepper, and blend til it become pate or paste like, use on wholesome bread (we like 7grains) as spread with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onion,is this good or what? u can use any kind of beans u want. another one can u do nuts? if so use whatever nuts u like we prefer them raw, here we go; in blender or food processor place the amount of and kind of nuts u like add a sheet of nori(seaweed of your choice we like nori wakeme and hijiki however use whatever u like or none).blend till pate or paste like if too thick add a small amount of water, use on wholesome bread of your choice with tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce go for it.o.k. u love fried foods, lets go for some, remember should u choose to fry food allow the oil to become hot hot so that when u place your food in the oil it begins to cook and not lay in the oil and become soggy use a superior oil,we like canola, should u want olive oil and that's good, look for olive oil that is cold pressed (what does that mean?)when the oil is being extracted from the fruit the presses used are not as hot as they can be and are considered to be cold it is usually a first pressing.the advantage of using this kind of cold press oil is that u will get as close to receiving the nutrition from the fruit or vegetable being pressed other than eating the fruit or vegetable in its original state .now remember should u use olive oil to fry add some canola oil to prevent it from burning olive oil burns very easy,.o.k. so what do we fry?lets start off with what we call crimps(that's cauliflower) separate the buds of cauliflower into fairly medium size pieces use medium because the smaller the buds the more difficult to fry successfully, rinse, dry with cloth or paper(stay green use a clean cloth),in a bag u can use plastic if u want or a paperbag(stay green use a bowl),place about a tablespoon of flour(the flour can be rice wheat potato corn your choice,) in bowl with a dash of sea salt, fresh ground pepper, dried turmeric, basil, oregano, paprika, a dash of (starch, this can be mung bean, corn, tapioca, rice) this will help the seasoned flour stick to the veggies without the use of eggs, now make sure the oil is good and hot to test shake just a tad of your flour mixture in pan if it sizzles right away the oil is ready to receive the veggie, place cauliflower in flour mixture, remove and place piece by piece in hot oil, remember do not (crowd)the pan with the veggies they need a lotta room to cook correctly, when golden brown remove from pan place on paper or(stay green) on fabric towel to drain, serve with goddess dressing,or avocado dressing or dressings of your choice with a big bowl of steamed greenbeans and if u need a starch how about a big bowl of your choice of pasta, we like it with basmati rice.well now what we have discovered is that by talking about good vegetable based foods some of the annoyance and anger that surfaces when the demise of meat occurs dissipates. so is it on the back burner?probably not we will seemingly always have to deal with the 3M"s and we haven't gotten to the third M of the 3M's yet.this is sort of like sex and baths u know one wont do it forever,we bathe and we get dirty again, we have sex once and we want it again o well that's deep.now why do we call this crimps? to help us deal with eating ocean animals, shrimps being one,o but i need the omega 3 that i can only get from eating ocean animals, not so ever heard of flax oil it will give u what u need in this area and not one shrimp has to die in the name of human nutrition o my well is it the flesh of the shrimp that really attracts me ? now that i have found out about other ways to get omega3 why do i still need the flesh of the shrimp?on no do i have to leave sea/ocean animals alone?not eat them? not kill them?but how can i get the nutrients i need that only come from the ocean if i don't eat the animals? ever hear of sea vegetables? so here is to crimps,is this just a head trip?
